Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ARQQIN FZ LLC, operator of Fastlane Founder ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and Services.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact details: email address and, optionally, first name, when you sign up for the Founder's Blueprint or a Quick Service.
• Application details: when you apply for The Fastlane Build, your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, optional LinkedIn profile, and your answers about your idea, stage, commitment and available hours, and, optionally, how you heard about us.
• Unfinished applications: once you enter your email on the application form, we save your answers as you type so you can finish later, and may email you up to 2 reminders with a link back to them. Unsent answers are deleted when you submit, or 30 days after your last edit.
• Service bookings: before you pay, your email and, optionally, your WhatsApp number and whether we may message you there; after you pay, what you're building, what you want from the session and an optional deck or website link. If you tick the box asking for it, we email you one link to finish a checkout you didn't complete.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, referral codes, UTM/campaign parameters, and approximate location (via IP), used for analytics and to measure which channels bring founders to us.
• Cookies: used for the above analytics, to remember your cookie preferences, and, with analytics cookies on, to remember for up to 90 days which campaign or website first and most recently brought you here. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland analytics cookies only run if you accept them; elsewhere they run unless you opt out. With marketing cookies on, the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag also set cookies to measure our ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland these only run if you accept them; elsewhere they run unless you opt out, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control is treated as opting out of marketing cookies. You can change your choice anytime with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the Founder's Blueprint and related emails;
• Process Quick Services purchases and send booking/confirmation details;
• Review applications to The Fastlane Build (see "How we review applications" below);
• Track and credit referrals under our referral program;
• Understand which marketing channels and content are working, so we can improve them;
• Measure and improve our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, if marketing cookies are on;
• Respond to your questions and support requests.

How we review applications

To help us review applications, an AI model writes a short assessment of each one: a summary, strengths and concerns, questions we might ask you, a fit score, and a suggested decision (accept, waitlist or decline). It also drafts a short personal note for the email we send you, which we review and edit before sending. Only your answers about your idea, stage, commitment, hours and country are used for this, plus whether you shared a LinkedIn profile. Your name, email, phone number and LinkedIn link are not. The AI never makes a decision: a person reads every application and decides whether to accept, waitlist or decline it. If you have questions about how your application was reviewed, email us.

3. Who We Share Data With

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that run Fastlane Founder on our behalf:

• Stripe: payment processing for Quick Services and The Fastlane Build;
• Resend: delivering our emails;
• Convex: our application database and backend hosting;
• Microsoft Azure OpenAI: writing application summaries and running our internal admin assistant, which can read applicant, customer and subscriber records;
• Telegram: our team's own chats with our internal assistant bot, whose replies can include applicant, customer and subscriber details;
• PostHog: product analytics (which pages are visited and which steps of an application or checkout are completed), only with analytics cookies on (see Cookies above);
• Meta Platforms: measuring our ads on Facebook and Instagram, only with marketing cookies on. When you sign up, apply, pay, or are accepted into a cohort, we send Meta a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email address and phone number, your IP address and browser details, and Meta's cookie ids, so Meta can tell which ads led to it;
• Google: measuring our ads on Google Search, only with marketing cookies on. Google receives a hashed copy of your email address when you sign up, apply or check out;
• Cal.com: booking sessions and calls, which take place on Google Meet.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms and may store or process data outside the UAE, in whichever regions they operate.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription or order relationship with us is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

5. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@fastlanefounder.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for founders and business professionals and are not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
