This Privacy Policy explains how ARQQIN FZ LLC, operator of Fastlane Founder ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and Services.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact details: email address and, optionally, first name, when you sign up for the Founder's Blueprint or a Quick Service.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data: pages visited, referral codes, UTM/campaign parameters, and approximate location (via IP), used for analytics and to measure which channels bring founders to us.
• Cookies: used for the above analytics and to remember your cookie preferences. You can manage these anytime via the cookie banner's privacy settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Deliver the Founder's Blueprint and related emails;
• Process Quick Services purchases and send booking/confirmation details;
• Track and credit referrals under our referral program;
• Understand which marketing channels and content are working, so we can improve them;
• Respond to your questions and support requests.

3. Who We Share Data With

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that run Fastlane Founder on our behalf:

• Stripe: payment processing for Quick Services;
• Resend: delivering our emails;
• Convex: our application database and backend hosting;
• Google Calendar: scheduling Quick Services sessions.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms and may store or process data outside the UAE, in whichever regions they operate.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription or order relationship with us is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

5. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by emailing us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by writing to hello@fastlanefounder.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for founders and business professionals and are not directed at, or knowingly used to collect data from, anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
