Terms of Service

Fastlane Founder is operated by ARQQIN FZ LLC ("ARQQIN," "we," "us," or "our"), a free zone limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fastlane Founder website, email content, and paid services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Fastlane Founder provides:

• Free educational content, including the Founder's Blueprint and related emails;
• Paid, bounded consulting sessions ("Quick Services," e.g. Pitch Deck Teardown), purchased and scheduled through the site; and
• A referral program that rewards subscribers who refer new founders to Fastlane Founder.

2. Not Professional Advice

Fastlane Founder provides general startup, fundraising, and pitch-deck guidance based on founder experience. Nothing we provide (including Quick Services feedback, the Founder's Blueprint, or any other content) constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make about your business, and you should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you learn from us.

3. Payments

Quick Services are one-time, paid engagements. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. By purchasing a Quick Service, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Scheduling

After purchasing a Quick Service, you'll be given a link to book your session(s) via our calendar system. Please schedule and attend sessions in good faith. If you need to reschedule, contact us with as much notice as possible at hello@fastlanefounder.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to disrupt our systems, submitting fraudulent payment information, abusing the referral program (e.g. fabricated referrals), or reselling or redistributing our paid content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Founder's Blueprint, our website content, and our general methodology remain the property of ARQQIN FZ LLC. Feedback and recommendations we give you during a Quick Service session are yours to use for your own business. We don't claim ownership over your pitch deck or business itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARQQIN FZ LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any business outcomes resulting from advice or feedback provided. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
